Stall the duel by using The Unhappy Girl or Pinch Hopper. Pinch hopper doesn't work against some of Joey's monster, so switch it to defense after you summon it so you don't take damage when Joey attacks. Use Rai-Mei to get some unhappy girl if you don't have her in your hand. Once you have at least 2 unhappy girls, you can keep passing the turns while also performing ritual, tribute, and fusion summon before Joey runs out of cards. Don't deal any battle damage, instead use Goblin Thief to inflict effect damage to get the "effect damage only" bonus.
Keep in mind that the aim of the deck is to stall until Joey runs out of cards. Activate cards like Jar of Greed or Rai-Mei if you feel like you need to lower the cards in your deck. This is to make sure that you perform the score bonuses before Joey runs out of cards, but drawing more than necessary will make you deck out before him.
Alternatives
Since the aim of the deck is to simply win by decking him out, using the base method of unhappy girl to stall the deck, you can use other cards that are available to you for ritual, tribute, and fusion summon. Ideally, it's best to use cards that are glossy or prismatic for extra points, and 1 tribute monsters that can be fusion summoned, using a fusion material substitute is fine too.
