Once per turn, you can remove 1 A-Counter from a monster your opponent controls, and destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card. (If a monster with an A-Counter battles an "Alien" monster, it loses 300 ATK and DEF for each A-Counter during damage calculation only.)
This card is essential to put A-counters on your opponent’s monster, to enable Alien Telepath to use its effect. You can also banish “A” Cell Recombination Device from your Graveyard to search for Alien Telepath from your Deck to your Hand.
Restart Can be used only once after starting hands are dealt. Reveal and redraw your starting hand.
