Level Up! Is the most useful card to quickly summon Armed Dragon LV10 out from your Deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions. Level Modulation can only be used if your Armed Dragon LV10 was Special Summoned correctly without using Level Up!, you can Special Summon Armed Dragon LV10 from your graveyard, ignoring its summoning conditions.

Since Armed Dragon LV10 is able to clear all face-up monsters your opponent controls, you can consider using Stamping Destruction to manage their backrow Spell/Traps to reduce the hindrance during your attack.

Tips

  • Very important to know that, you must Tribute 1 “Armed Dragon LV7” from your field to Special Summon Armed Dragon LV10 from your hand. You cannot attack with “Armed Dragon LV7” and Special Summon Armed Dragon LV10 from your Deck during your End Phase.
  • You can use Kidmodo Dragon to Special Summon Armed Dragon LV5 from your hand, and then either use it to attack, or use Level Up! To Special Summon Armed Dragon LV7 from your hand or deck, then use another Level Up! To Special Summon Armed Dragon LV10 from your hand or deck.
  • Due to the tedious process to get this monster out to the field, it is very challenging to be used in the current competitive meta.

There is a mistake here. As far as I am aware, Lvl up cannot be used to summon this card as it must be mentioned in the card text, so lvl up will bring out.... lvl 5.
Armed dragon lvl 10 is summoned by his own effect, not lvl 7s.

As far as I know, Level Up shouldn't be able to upgrade LV7 to LV10, because LV10 isn't anywhere on LV7's card text (probably only due to the fact that LV10 was introduced in a later set in the TCG than Armed Dragons LV3-7).

Super rush headlong is useless againist this monster. It can destroy all face up monsters and super rush won't work on face down monsers

Built-in Lightning Vortex but slow due the summoning condition, not to mention we can only get 1 copy of lvl 7. This should be released right away for good sake!!!

If you paid attention to chazz's level up rewards you'd notice that the only level 7 available in the game before the event was his lvl 40 reward. But players are failing to see that lvl 7 is now a rare drop reward making chazz's lvl 40 reward a waste of time

Also can confirm level modulation doesn't work. Sent Lv10 to grave with Lv7s effect. Tried to use level modulation to bring back lv10. No goose.

Level 10 would have had to be summond by it's effect first before you can use Level Modulation on it. It works like this for every Level monster that can't be special summoned (Except by Level Up).
