This is a trash main box with weak xyz monster. Hope should be given free. Hes weak without his support card

This. Hope should have been free, he's not even that good, and only become UR because he's a main character ace.

What really deserve to be UR in a main box, is Hope's various evolutions, except Hope Ray which definitely should be SR. Hope itself is actually just SR at best, but R is more appropriate.

Am I wrong or the tellarknights needs to wait a turn before they can summon their boss monster.

So a other stall deck? Good work konami we almost have none of those.

waiting turns to do something, hiding behind backrow to survive, hyped.....this gives flashback of another deck that was supposed to be tier 0 and break the game, I'd remember the name if that deck actually saw play.

They can't Karma cut you on the Delteros summon, which gives you the priority to activate your pop effect, and then use any of their chainables like Ballista Squad or Enemy Controller to make the Delteros float. Besides, if you had Karma Cut previously on field, why the hell wouldn't you simply use it against Deneb/Altair, which are arguably far more important targets?

I don’t know why you all were expecting the first XYZ monsters in DL to be any good. Why got garbage synchro monsters when 5Ds debuted too. I laughed at all your wish lists for XYZ monster to be added to the game.

Konami being konami I still don't understand how someone can expect more of them

Of course the first xyz cards are bad. Komoney counts on power creep to milk money from customers.
If the first xyz are good then there would be no power creep.
No power creep means no milking.
The first must always be among the worst possible, or a currently useless core card that will receive supports spread through many boxes.

    Milk is money.

Mark my word, next year we will get Xyz monsters as R or N that have better stats and effects than SR from this box
    << Anonymous
    OP Reply
Probably true. We didn’t really get a tiered synchro deck till the warriors untied box with Six Sams. Which came out about 6 months after 5Ds debuted.

None of this archetype will become meta yet, since there are no 1 Card xyz summon, xyz will far from being meta, they will just become extra deck filler.

That omni negate trap of tellarknights makes me think that they will somehow be good playing rebirth of parshath

Like 5D'S char ace not obtainable from starter deck. Get it on new main box like always

I swear i have a theory about all the monkey brained people that talk like this, which is just basically that it's one person who just lost really badly to some starter deck cause his hand bricked and now has to talk like he exist on some higher plane with his underwaged job.

It is so funny that some people pay real money just to win in a childrens card game and in the same time loosing from f2p players. Sometimes I feel pitty for them.

I'm glad fiendish chain is in this box, i've never invested in the selection box because it's to money grab to actually try it, and i'm glad because i will open this box for sure, also satellarknight the new deck meta, atleast tier 2 gonna be for sure.

Bunin was easily tier 1 in the tcg back then. Be careful otherwise you will get clapped million times on the ladder by them

    You said it: tcg

Just as how infernity was tier 1 or how ddd was tier 1 in tcg, now look at how they do in duel links.

Bujin is gonna be 🔥 in DL. You need to hard draw into Yamato to start up plays, or Ties of Brethren, which unfortunately forces you to play 2-3 copies of all Bujins, leaving you with very little space for techs like Ballista Squad, Controller and Cyclone - unless you run some memetastic Grass build to dump Bujingis in grave.

Konami save some important tellarknight cards for future boxes, so I would also save my gems for another month. DD Crow is good but only essential for tournament, we don't really need it for KOG.

Man this box is 🔥. If you are smart you should spend all your gems on witchcrafter or trianid box. This box is hard skip. The decks won’t survive the heavy backrow Meta. Don’t go for it or you will regret it

does number monster has effect = cannot be destroyed except by numbers monster. like in anime??

Unfortunately, no. But there is support named "number Wall" it's continuous trap that has the same effect with anime.

    "
instead of banning karma cut they
release it.instead of banning fiendish chain they release it.with those cards the meta will be more 🔥ous
KOmoney you should have fought the sith not join them.....

Umm, those Selection Box cards being released in regular box means they now can be hit if Konami wants to.
    Anonymous
Just see the whole box content and there is a sattelarknight monster that deals same damage as lava golem but it's more OP cause it's activated upon summon. But it's N card so probably konami can limit it or half the damage?
    << Anonymous

It most likely will have its damage halved.
