Just because they are too scared of Floodgate, they will only play decks with these monsters only: Photon Cerberus, Tactical Espionage Expert, Eagle Eye, Invasion of Flames, Creeping Doom Manta

More like,
Stardust isn't really useful in the current game
Non destroying effect isn't that rare, and we had something called chain blocking to even dodge stardust effect.
Maybe look for other monster?

You are right over there. Stardust is hard to summon without a compensating shield.
Aromage has a chance to summon a pierce 3900 which made it still playable.

Before someone try to get this card: one of bronk's levo reward is tin goldfish that does exactly the same but it is free

It's not one of his level-up rewards; he just uses it in his level 40 deck. As of right now, if you do want to make a rank 4 XYZ deck (which you probably shouldn't), this card is the best thing available.

Rank 4 is actually the best Rank of all Xyz, besides Rank 10.

But right now we don't have enough good Rank 4 Xyz.

I'd still use dynaterium to be honest, the problem with goblinbergh is that it takes your normal summon and if it gets chained you turn ends.

I'd rather normal summon another monster to get its effects even if it gets chained I can still summon dynaterium and keep playing

Yes. Because immediately after summoning, this card is changed to defense position. This causes Stratos to miss timing. Although, mandatory effects will still work. On the bright side, it lets the other monster dodge cards like floodgate trap hole.

only lvl 3, this card can ss any lvl 4 or lower which is a big difference in the Xyz era
