Nope, this card is Level 4 or lower, while Tin Goldfish is Level 4 only.

for xyz yeah tin goldfish is better for the sole fact that it may be free.
if you want syncros goblinbergh may be better.

if you want synchro, there's also Trident Warrior.

Just use both for synchro purposes. With a level 3/level 4 tuner you can make any level 6-8 synchro, which should honestly be really helpful.

Debris Dragon may also become better now that it can revive low attack targets for xyz purposes.

It's not one of his level-up rewards; he just uses it in his level 40 deck. As of right now, if you do want to make a rank 4 XYZ deck (which you probably shouldn't), this card is the best thing available.

Rank 4 is actually the best Rank of all Xyz, besides Rank 10.

But right now we don't have enough good Rank 4 Xyz.

I'd still use dynaterium to be honest, the problem with goblinbergh is that it takes your normal summon and if it gets chained you turn ends.

I'd rather normal summon another monster to get its effects even if it gets chained I can still summon dynaterium and keep playing
