I can already see a mill deck used with Surprise Present, if you have enough cards the opponent mills, if you don't, then give them The Gift of Greed and then mill them, I think if this card is used during the end phase they might also have to discard the cards in excess, so using 3 of these might mill the opponent for 6 cards and the discard them as well, because they can't use them as their turn is already ending.

They very rarely open it. Better use other skills like Duel Standby or Holy Guard that favor stall mill, and use this card as the last traps you set.

Why did they release such a broken card? In a 20 card format, this makes stall deck out pretty much invincible. They make you draw 6 cards with this, 6 more with 2x Hiro, and 3x Warm Worm mills 9.

Those 20 card decks full of searches and self mills like the one you beat are exactly why deck out is so strong. I believe there is a way to exploit them to the max.
