'Titan Showdown' is a skill specifically used by Rex Raptor. It doubles damage dealt to your opponent as long as your LP is half or less than half of your opponent's current LP. Because Weevil Underwood Lvl 40 uses Skull-Mark Ladybug, fulfilling the criteria of Titan Showdown will be more convenient as the minimum LP loss to use the skill will be more forgiving.
To achieve the 'more than 9999 damage dealt' assessment, you can rack up the ATK of Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon to at least 5000 ATK with Sword of Deep-Seated and land a direct attack with it.
Since Weevil Underwood Lvl 40's deck mainly consists of effect Insect monsters, Leotaur and The Hunter with 7 Weapons will be considered as 2000 beaters and will be used to clear Weevil's no-tribute monsters. However, Leotaur and Warrior Dai Grepher will be better as Weevil uses Infinite Dismissal which will destroy The Hunter with 7 Weapons(3✪) during the End Phase of the turn that it was summoned while Leotaur(4✪) and Warrior Dai Grepher(4✪) are unaffected by it.
To double your direct attack damage, your LP must be half of your opponent's current LP. Since your opponent is Weevil, this will be very convenient as he has 3 copies of Skull-Mark Ladybug to increase his LP to as high as double of yours. If this is not enough, you can allow yourself to take some damage, prefarrably from 1000 to 2000, to lower your LP to fit the criteria more easily. It is mandatory to ensure that you fit the criteria of Titan Showdown before your last turn.
Sometimes, Weevil will use Insect Imitation to summon Grasschopper. Fortunately, there are cards that can easily deal with Grasschopper. Since it has low defences, you can use Curse of Anubis, Otohime or Windstorm of Etaqua. If possible, you can also use Eradicating Aerosol and Relinquished.
You can use Otohime to take damage enough damage to get to the low LP zone to achieve the 'Low LP' assessment, possibly the 'LP on the brink' assessment. You can use other ritual monsters or add a fusion monster to get the 'ritual/fusion summon' assessment.
This phase is specifically for your last turn where either you will deck out on your next turn or Weevil will deck out after your 'supposedly' last End Phase. You will need to have Temple of the Kings and Mystical Beast of Serket on the field to special summon Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon. You will need your Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon to hit at least 5000 ATK in order to achieve the 'more than 9999 damage dealt' assessment.
Card | Explanation |
---|---|
Common Charity | It can replace a copy of Jar of Greed as it also allows you to draw 2 cards requiring a normal monster. |
Wicked-Breaking Flamberge - Baou | It can replace Sword of Deep-Seated as it also grants 500 ATK to the equipped monster. |
