Cards that can give you multiple monsters or tokens can quickly let you summon Plasma in a turn. Cosmic Compass is can be a good and quick turn around card even when you have no monsters on the field since you can normal summon into special summon.

my opponent destroy me on his next turn with his Sphere Kuriboh.. i captured his Red Eyes Black Dragon and make my Plasma turn to def mode..

I don't know if anyone has thought of this yet (most likely yes) but Plasma can be 1 turn summoned using worm bait, you know the spell card that special summons 2 tokens in addition to your normal insect monster summon? It's a 2 card combo and very generic as you can literally have any insect monster and a worm bait to pull this combo off, way better than the options provided above in my opinion (excluding Cosmic Compass of course, that card was introduced solely for Plasma).

Another option to resort to if you wanna get plasma out quick without having to go through the waiting process of cosmic compass is the multiplication of kuriboh combo
