Wall of Disruption | Normal Trap |
Servants of Kings [SR] Selection Box Vol. 02 Mini [SR]
When an opponent's monster declares an attack: All Attack Position monsters your opponent controls lose 800 ATK for each monster they control. |
Really good to pair with Triamid Kingolem. The ATK down is a permanent effect, so getting multiple monsters to very low ATK can sometimes be game winning. However, there are plenty of back row removing cards being used, so this might not be used that often compared to other faster cards.
Number C39: Utopia Ray | LIGHT Warrior ★4 ATK 2500 / DEF 2000 |
Infinite Ray [UR] | |
3 Level 4 LIGHT monsters You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a "Number 39: Utopia" you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; it gains 500 ATK and 1 monster your opponent controls loses 1000 ATK, until the End Phase. You must have 1000 Life Points or less to activate and to resolve this effect. |
Since you can only use Utopia Ray's effect when down to your last 1000 LP, he is best used to clutch the game. The ATK manipulation can help you get rid of a powerful enemy monster and deal massive damage. Keep in mind this effect can be activated multiple times per turn as long as you have the materials.
Number 39: Utopia | LIGHT Warrior ★4 ATK 2500 / DEF 2000 |
Shining Hope [UR] | |
2 Level 4 monsters When any player's monster declares an attack: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate the attack. When this card is targeted for an attack, while it has no Xyz Materials: Destroy this card. |
Mainly used for Xyz Summoning Utopia Ray.
Maestroke the Symphony Djinn | DARK Fiend ★4 ATK 1800 / DEF 2300 |
Shark Fang [UR] | |
2 Level 4 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 face-up Attack Position monster your opponent controls; change it to face-down Defense Position. If a "Djinn" Xyz Monster you control would be destroyed, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from that monster instead. |
Putting monsters face-down is an effective way of shutting off lingering effects and exposing weak DEF stats. In contrast to Utopia, Maestroke's protection effect is more selfish but can protect against more forms of removal.
Abyss Dweller | WATER Sea Serpent ★4 ATK 1700 / DEF 1400 |
Photons of Galaxy [UR] | |
2 Level 4 monsters While this card has an Xyz Material attached that was originally WATER, all WATER monsters you control gain 500 ATK. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; any card effects that activate in your opponent's Graveyard cannot be activated this turn. |
Unlike Necrovalley, Abyss Dweller only locks your opponent out of their graveyard plays. Which is favorable because this Deck also has its own graveyard recycling. However, Abyss Dweller's graveyard control is not as strong as Necrovalley because your opponent can still move cards out of the graveyard. Also being attached to a 1700 ATK monster, makes your control effect quite easy to get rid of by battle.
Number 70: Malevolent Sin | DARK Insect ★4 ATK 2400 / DEF 1200 |
Photons of Galaxy [SR] | |
2 Level 4 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 monster your opponent controls; banish it until your opponent's next Standby Phase. At the end of the Damage Step, if this card attacked: You can make this card gain 300 ATK, and if you do, increase its Rank by 3. |
Malevolent Sin does have a decent non-destruction removal effect, and it's good against XYZ to remove their materials or go for a game winning attack. Keep in mind that if you have Corebage and you plan on summoning it, you need to not activate Malevolent Sin's effect since Corebage needs to have 2 materials in the rank 4 monster.
Daigusto Emeral | WIND Rock ★4 ATK 1800 / DEF 800 |
Sign of Harpies [SR] | |
2 Level 4 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then activate 1 of these effects. ● Target 3 monsters in your Graveyard; shuffle all 3 into the Deck, then draw 1 card. ● Target 1 non-Effect Monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target. |
Summon Emeral by using two Triamid Masters as material. Emeral will then be used as a mini self-sufficient draw engine. And because you don't run many monsters in this Deck, Emeral can help you recover the monsters in the graveyard so you don't run out of things to summon.
Wind-Up Zenmaines | FIRE Machine ★3 ATK 1500 / DEF 2100 |
Voltage of the Metal [SR]
2 Level 3 monsters If this face-up card on the field would be destroyed, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card instead. Once per turn, during the End Phase, if this effect was used this turn: Target 1 card on the field; destroy it. |
Zenmaines is good for stalling since your opponent would think twice before attacking into it and triggering its removal effect. You can also manually trigger Zenmaines' removal by crashing it into an enemy monster.
Steelswarm Roach | DARK Fiend ★4 ATK 1900 / DEF 0 |
Photons of Galaxy [SR] | |
2 Level 4 monsters During either player's turn, when a Level 5 or higher monster would be Special Summoned: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate the Special Summon, and if you do, destroy it. |
Summonable by using 2 Triamid Master. Mainly good against decks that you know this card can help negate, and only when your Triamid Master is locked up and you want to clear up space. Otherwise, it's often better to stick with Master since it works with Sphynx and Dancer.
Gagaga Samurai | EARTH Warrior ★4 ATK 1900 / DEF 1600 |
Shining Hope [SR] | |
2 Level 4 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 "Gagaga" monster you control; it can make a second attack during each Battle Phase this turn. When another monster you control is targeted for an attack while this card is in Attack Position: You can change this card to Defense Position, and if you do, change the attack target to this card and perform damage calculation. |
Summon Samurai to push damage with two direct attacks.
Locking enemy backrow is sometimes better than removal because you'll simultaneously be clogging their Spell Trap Zone. Also, Silvermountain's second effect is great for field presence and can be activated more often with the ATK boost from Dancer. The second effect does not require Xyz material cost, giving Silvermountain a permanent purpose onboard.

Same as usual, but I use Book of Moon for this month.

The aforementioned ability can be used, but it also works with any ability that places a field magic card, so that you have an extra field card in the graveyard to combine with the Tiramid Pulse trap card.

Your turn: search powersink stone and hunter to summon 2nd monster. This is your win conditions.
Opponent turn: aktivate powersink stone in draw phase, activate 1 or 2 of your effect monster in standby phase to negate all of opponent monster.
