Tips

  • Can be used in decks outside of Toons because he is not fully reliant on Toon World. Although in that case it would just be a Cyber Dragon with summoning sickness.

Red-Eyes Toon Dragon can Special Summon any Toon monster from your hand. Toon Kingdom is an amazing Field Spell which acts as Toon World, while also protecting your Toon monsters from all forms of destruction. Toon Table of Contents is able to search any Toon card out of your deck.

Useless, just like Earth Armor Ninja and Vice Dragon. Even for Toon Deck, Red Eyes Toon Dragon and Toon DMG are still far better choice

The "cannot attack directly without Toon World" Only applies if there was at least a monster on opponent field, if there was not, then it can attack directly as usual, unless it is stated like " if you do not control Toon World, this card cannot attack your opponent directly"

Nope. Red Eyes Toon Dragon and Toon Buster Blader cannot attack directly without Toon World, even when your opponent controls no monster. Toon Cyber Dragon is no different. Only Toon DMG can still attack directly without Toon World

It's a weaker card, so not seeing how this is a surprise. (Beyond Konami seemingly forgetting Toons existed before the Red-Eyes Structure, since there's really no good reason we haven't gotten cards like Toon Ancient Gear Golem or Toon Goblin Attack Force yet.)

Like how Red-Eyes Toon is more useful in a Toon deck than in a Red-Eyes deck, this card is more useful in a non-Toon deck than in a Toon deck lol
