  • Can be Special Summoned with no cost.
  • Can attack your opponent directly.

  • Can only be Special Summoned if you control no monsters and your opponent controls a monster.
  • Cannot attack the turn it was summoned.

  • Can be used in decks outside of Toons because he is not fully reliant on Toon World. Although in that case it would just be a Cyber Dragon with summoning sickness.

Toon Support

Red-Eyes Toon Dragon can Special Summon any Toon monster from your hand. Toon Kingdom is an amazing Field Spell which acts as Toon World, while also protecting your Toon monsters from all forms of destruction. Toon Table of Contents is able to search any Toon card out of your deck.

Monarchs are an archetype of level 6 and 5 monsters heavily reliant on tribute summoning to get their effects out. Toon Cyber Dragon can Special Summon himself to provide you with tribute fodder.

I'm so upset that I missed this somehow. Can we hope for a comeback in the future?

You can hope, but there’s still no guarantee
SO i know its only day 2 of the event but has anyone else have terrible luck with drops? I dueled him over 30 times in day 1 and didn't get a single TCD and im not kidding i dueled him 30 times. I faild 5 of them but still this seems a little ridiculous. The tyranno event was just dumping his UR at me and I can't get a single one to drop from Pegasus

You have bad luck then I already got 2 toon cyber dragon from his drop. You just have to keep farming him. I also have bad drop at the last inglorious bastion at the beginning of the event but when the event is nearly over I got all of his cards

Dude, just keep at it. I don’t get the drop rates at all. I get over 9000 score and nothing. I get a 3000 rating and boom, Toon cyber and toon’s bonkers
So...they release TCD and not the original one? Go home Konami, you’re drunk...
So we are sure these are drops? Cause I havent seen a single one from his rewards yet. I have 1 from dueling him 15 times but every prismatic pack i get is always a SR. What is the drop rate 0.01? Please fix this drop rate. Oh and put the new Aromage in teh damn Card Trader ITS NEVER THERE AND ITS BEEN OUT FOR A LONG TIME NOW!
Getting this instead of vanilla Cyber Dragon? Damn you Konami.

He probably means the original... Thus "vanilla"

You mean the colour?
It's metal

That anon really should have used the term "OG/original", instead of "vanilla".

I think the vast majority of people got that he was referring to "plain" Cyber Dragon. You're the only one that actually needed clarification.
It is literally cyber dragon without being able to attack. Just use it for synchros, it is a free lv. 5, but useless when you go first. And for the crying people wanting the real Cyber Dragon: To fast and to strong for the current game, would be played in almost any deck because why not.

Cyber dragon is NOT too strong for duel links. That’s an insane belief

Cyber Dragon is too strong for a game the has passed Fur Hires and Neos Fusion already?! Give the man a cigar. Hahaha

you play first, wtf yu you with cyber crap dragon you dumb tard kid?
Can’t even use it for fusion. Cyber dragon is too op...
Konami releases fur higher and sylaven and basically everything else and make it op but no cyber dragon is dumb. It would have been good if you could use it with future fusion to summon cyber end dragon.
I don’t get why people think cyber dragons are to strong for duel links. No way would it be stronger than anything already too strong.
lol, i can summon twin scrap dragon easily with this card. no more the tricky.

Can we use this for "Cyber End Dragon" ?

No, because this card does not treat itself as the original "Cyber Dragon".
I can see this being abused on that sport deck (forgot name)...
