I recently made a deck full of Monk Fighter, Master Monk, Chu-Ske The Mouse Fighter together with the respective spells they can use. Drop in an Aqua Chorus or 2 and you have a fun deck. Certeianly not OP but pretty fun.

Pretty much any deck that regularly play more than 1 copy of the same monster on the field.

Could you imagine the sheer ridiculousness if this was +500 ATK for /each/ monster on the field that shared a name?

How comes this doesn’t work with cyberdragons? Shouldn’t a proto and two zwei not all have the name cyberdragon if on the field?
Am I reading it wrong?

No, of course.
No trap card effect works on Wildheart.

does aqua chorus work on crystal beasts if one of the same name is in the spell/trap zone and one is in the monster zone?

yea i guess the card txt on AQUA CHORUS says "monsters". if they're treated as spell cards, i guess it wudnt work.

I just looked at one of the crystal beast's card's text, and it says it is as a continuous spell card once it goes to the spell/trap zone, so I guess this means no. Would be good for Aqua Chorus if it does work. Right now, I'm afraid of it helping my opponent, but since it's a fun deck, I can't help including it because it's even better with Jesse's The Ties That Bind skill.

yea i just experimented with it. unfortunately it doesnt increase the monster of the same name if ones in the spell/trap zone. oh well. thanks for answering so fast! :)

I see this card used on future harpie lady decks, with the future cyber harpie + cyber dancer you can have actually 6 harpie lady monster on your deck.
