The best deck to summon this monster is with his own Archetype, Dragunity monsters, except for the Synchro monsters, are all Dragon-type Tuners and Winged-Beast-type non-tuners which fulfill Dragon - Vajrayana’s summoning condition. Equip Dragunity Phalanx to any level 4 Dragunity monster, then special summon Phalanx and use him with the level 4 Dragunity monster to summon Dragunity - Vajrayana.
You can send to the graveyard any Equip card attached to Dragunity - Vajrayana to double his attack. The problem is he only attaches one Equip to himself when he is summoned. To use his effect multiple times you can equip him with These cards which recycle themselves back to the deck.
Dragunity - Vajrayana’s effect doubles his current attack not his original attack. Therefore you can gain much more from his effect if you boost him with Equip cards first. You can then later use these equip cards as cost to double his attack at a later turn.
Equip Dragunity - Vajrayana with Twin Swords of Flashing Light - Tryce so that he can attack twice with his huge stats. But only equip Twin Swords of Flashing Light - Tryce after you double your attack so that you only lose 500 attack.
