I literally just got rekt by stupid lame time wizard. Last ditch effort to win and finally summon Oblisk and he gets rekt by time wizards card effect. Konami Needs to fix this. I thought he couldn't be targeted by card effects.

There's a huge difference between not being targetable and being unaffected by cards effect. Time Wizard doesn't target, and since obelisk is not unaffected by cards effect, there is no reason for not being destroyed by time wizard.

Why do 3 god cards have different colors?
Also, is Obelisk consider to be a ritual monster since he is blue?

The colors were for the anime and promo cards (none of which are legal for any play.) So no.

The legal versions of the god cards are effect monsters and colored as such for the borders.

At his summon you can't activate any trap(so no trap hole), spell, monster effect... After his immune summon, Obelisk is UNTARGETTABLE, but there are many cards and effects which don't target.
