Tips
Iron Core of Koa’ki Meiru
One of Koa’ki Meiru Rooklord’s possible maintenance cost is discarding a Iron Core of Koa’ki Meiru. Use Cards like Core Transport Unit or Iron Core Immediate Disposal to search it out. You can use Diamond Core of Koa’ki Meiru to search out Iron Core of Koa’ki Meiru. Diamond Core of Koa’ki Meiru can then later be banished to stop your Koa’ki Meiru monsters from destroying themselves.
Aside from using a Koa’ki Meiru monster as tribute to lessen the cost. Here are some other ways you can Normal summon Koa’ki Meiru Rooklord and still get to activate his effect. Use Cost Down and Amarylease together so that you do not need to tribute any monster on your field to summon Koa’ki Meiru Rooklord.
The tokens Special sumoned by Koa;ki Meiru Prototype also count as Koa’ki Meiru monsters. Which means you can use them as the single tribute when summoning Koa’ki Meiru Rooklord.
How to not make friends: Summoning this guy, destroying two cards, then immediately tributing it to summon the other one in your hand to destroy two more.
