After you Fusion Summon Koalo-Koala using Sea Koala as 1 of the materials, you can Special Summon Sea Koala to the Field using Powerful Rebirth, and since you control Koalo-Koala, you can use Sea Koala’s effect to make 1 of your opponent’s monster’s ATK to 0.

Basically yes.
It is not a quick effect though, so you can't use it during your opponent's turn. However if they managed to steal it they can activate it if they control another beast type.

If it's only "once per turn", then it's your turn only.

If it's "once per turn (Quick effect)", then it's during either player's turn.

You missed the fact that Rescue Cat is one of the cards that got hit by the nerfing errata storm a while back.

Maybe before you act like a "know-it-all" with your Tour Guide pic, try checking first.....

It's not autistic if the correction is right in the purest sense.

Also, why would anyone SS this card with Rescue Cat??? This card actually has good effect that you don't want to get negated.

With that one X-Saber, it at least still keep the Tuner status. With this card, the only reason to use this card is the effect.

Thinking about it, this might actually be better than its counterpart Tree Otter.

Increasing ATK means nothing if the opponent's ATK is still higher, but reducing opponent's ATK to 0 means even a 100 ATK monster can get over that opponent's monster now.

Good thinking, but if you have both of them on the field at the same time, you can reduce their ATK to 0 and raise one of your monsters' by 1000, allowing you to deal 2200 points of damage with just those two cards.

If you actually want to use an Ojama deck, Sea Koala gets good synergy with them since they’re all Beasts as well and he at least has...slightly better ATK when Ojama Country is active
