Pros

Directly banishes 1 level 7 or higher LIGHT or DARK Dragon-type monster from your Deck, when this card is sent to the Graveyard.

Cons

Must be first sent to the Graveyard in order to activate its effect.
Can be quite challenging to proactively banish this monster from your Graveyard to trigger its second effect.

Tips

You can also consider using Powerful Rebirth once Eclipse Wyvern has been sent to the Graveyard, and has banished a level 7 or higher LIGHT or DARK Dragon-type monster from your Deck, in order to Special Summon Eclipse Wyvern back to the Graveyard.
A faster way to retrieve your banished Dragon-type monster to your Hand is by using Dragoncarnation, but most of the time you would want to Special Summon those monsters to the Field instead.

To proactively banish Eclipse Wyvern from your Graveyard, you can Special Summon DarkFlare Dragon by banishing 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster from your Graveyard. Soul Release is also a Spell card that actively banishes cards from either players’ Graveyard, thus triggering Eclipse Wyvern’s effect.

You can proactively Special Summon the Dragon that was banished by this card’s effect to the Field, by using this card. Alternatively, if you have banished a level 7 or higher DARK Dragon-type monster, you can use Escape from the Dark Dimension to special summon them to the Field instead.

If this card is banished from the Graveyard during the Damage step, the effect of adding level 7 or higher LIGHT or DARK Dragon-type monster from your Banished zone to the hand still activates.
If this card has been revived from the Graveyard (after it has first sent to the Graveyard and has banished 1 level 7 or higher LIGHT or DARK Dragon-type monster from your Deck), if it was sent to the Graveyard the second time and activates its effect of banishing 1 level 7 or higher LIGHT or DARK Dragon-type monster from your Deck, only the second banished monster can be retrieved to your Hand if this card was banished from your Graveyard.

Dragon Wannabe

This card works well with the new card from the "Dragonic Knights" structure deck called "Castle of Dragon Souls." It banishes a Dragon type monster from the graveyard to give a face-up dragon type monster 700 attack. Also, when it is destroyed, it special summons one of your banished dragon type monsters. This card can help search for popular dragons such as Arkbrave Dragon and Blue Eyes White Dragon.
