Because it's a +1, it searches another level 4 monster, emptying your deck, so you can have more probability of getting what you need when you draw, in Duel links it's very useful, it can be used as sacrifice for ritual summon, or other combinations that allow you to summon very powerful monsters, specially xyz monsters when the other gadgets get released, silver & gold...

The +1 is pretty limited because you just get another gadget but SR is certainly fair. It's a decent card. Definitely a lot better if you run it with machina cards.

Stronghold the Moving Fortress, would work in Duel Links like a Skill. Activating it, placing the card in the field zone (like a Trap Field Monster). Maybe as if the three gadgets are in the field.

P.S. A skill for yugi DSoD
