Dragoon would be too broken in the current Duel Links.
1. It can be Special Summoned with Cyber Stein's effect.
2. Can be brought back to the field as long as you have a Destiny Hero in the graveyard
3. His effect it's too OP for the current 4000 starting LP system. Destroying a monster from the opponent while also dealing that monster ATK to him as damage its too OP right now.

Don't think we need this in DL. Reactor Dragon is pushing it.

Maybe if player LP goes up to 8K....

its a goddamn magic cylinder that brings itself back ofc it should not be in duel links

Even when I want to get my hands on this fellow, I have to admit it would be too broken in Duel Links due to the low LP we have.
Because even with the strict summoning condition, its effect and the fact it can be brought back with his own effect makes Destiny End Dragoon too OP for the current Duel Links

I just use chthonian polymer. Its how I tend to beat lvl 40 Aster.
