Once per turn, during the Standby Phase: You can pay 500 LP; send the top card of your Deck to the Graveyard, and if you do, this card gains ATK and DEF equal to that monster's Level x 200 if it was a monster. If this card in your possession is destroyed by your opponent's card (by battle or card effect) and sent to your Graveyard: You can add 1 monster with the lowest Level from your Graveyard to your hand (your choice, if tied).

Pros

Can become very strong early depending on level of monsters in your deck.
Returns the lowest level monster in your graveyard back to your hand when this card is destroyed.

Cons

Requires 500 LP to activate its ability.
Will not increase its attack if the card on the top of your deck is not a monster card.
Increases the attack slowly unless you put a lot of high level monsters.

Tips

Use skills that let you see the top card in your deck like Aroma Strategy or Prescience to ensure panda's attack will increase and not waste LP. Put in some healing cards so you can keep using it without getting low.

Something not mentioned anywhere is that it activates on opponent's turn as well, sorry to bust the balls of previous posters and such. Throw it in a deck with high level monsters; high level rituals and tributes with Stray Lambs/shallow grave, atmosphere, as well as gate gaurdians. Solumn Wishes, Supremacy Berry, Marie, as well as Ishizu Ishtar's fairy smile with card trader all make this deck easily counter the 500 LP per turn issue.

+ Enrise sky scourge (the 3 fairies need to be on field? so forget this one)

or a deck Full of 7+ stars + draw sense - LOW
but this will not be able to play pvp because you need a deck with few spell/trap to not mistake..
paying LP is a hard price, Tea could not pay under 999 LP
Blue-eyes deck ?
Mai skill seems to be the best for it...

my 6 star KC cup F2P deck was a wrecker panda deck. I used 2 bazoos, 2 wreckers, 2 card trader, bandit keith. Put a lot of tributes in there, and keep shuffling them in there. dont put too many spell traps. nice idea to run forest field spell w/ jerry beans and strawberries

it doesn't say it's temporary so it's permanent, until it dies at least.

It's bonus attack is permanent, that's why it's a Super Rare(SR) card.

Using this in a purely high level ritual deck with aroma strategy to check what levels I get. I only have 2 so far, but it's working extremely well!
