Aromage monsters gain their first effects when your LP is higher than your opponent, and their second effect when you gain LP. By design they are used in decks that like to heal, and they also like to be used together to trigger multiple effects when healing.
Aroma Garden is their Field Spell which lets you heal 500LP per turn which isn't much but gets your effects going. It also heals you when an Aroma monster is destroyed so this can let you trigger effects during your opponent's turn.
Here are some cards to help you gain LP, making sure yours is always higher than your opponent. Because Aromage Decks are able to quickly gain LP, Child's Play can be used to give your monsters immunity to battle destruction while also healing to activate effects. Cupid Volley can help you make Synchro plays or to catch an attack and healing when destroyed. Draining Shield lets you negate a powerful attack from your opponent and gain LP equal to the monster's attack stat.
