Red-Eyes Toon Dragon can Special Summon Toon Dark Magician from your hand, Toon Dark Magician can, in turn, Special Summon Red-Eyes Toon Dragon from your deck allowing you to swarm the field.

When Tribute Summoning Toon Dark Magician, Tokens from Fires of Doomsday and Scrapeghost activated during your opponent’s turn can be used as tribute.

She can, but only if Toon DMG has been special summoned properly first (by tributing 1 monster while you control Toon World).

1st question: yes, Berry can.

2nd question: no, Toon DMG must first be special summoned by tributing 1 monster while you control Toon World.

No, because these cards demand an monster with the name "Dark Magician", exactly this. But you can summon the toon guy with Magic Navigation.

There are some that ask for "Dark Magician", and some other that ask for "Dark Magician monster.

The latter works with this card.

There is only 1 card that looks for "Dark Magician" monsters, and it cannot target Toon Dark Magician since it's not listed as a Fusion Material on anything.

A second copy of castle would be nicer. Honestly though, toons will either be a cheese deck or it'll be too good in a 4000LP format. There's no middle ground.
