Citadel Whale

If this card is in your hand or GY: You can Tribute 2 WATER monsters; Special Summon this card. You can only use this effect of "Citadel Whale" once per turn. If this card is Special Summoned: You can Set 1 "Sea Stealth Attack" directly from your Deck. Once per turn, when your opponent activates a card or effect that targets 1 WATER monster you control (and no other cards) (Quick Effect): You can negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card.

• Strong ATK stats
• Can set “Sea Stealth Attack” directly from your Deck, if it was Special
  Summoned.
• Can be Special Summoned from your Graveyard or Hand, by tributing 2
  WATER monsters.
• Can negate a card or monster effect that targets any WATER monster on
  your field and destroy that card, once per turn.

• Can be costly to Tribute Summon.
• If you Tribute Summon this monster, you cannot set “Sea Stealth Attack”
  directly from your Deck.

• You can use Moray of Greed to shuffle Citadel Whale and another WATER
  monster to your Deck and draw 3 cards.
• Sea Stealth Attack set via Citadel Whale’s effect cannot be flipped
  during the same turn.
• Citadel Whale automatically destroys the monsters it attacks when Sea
  Stealth Attack is active on the field.

This card is essential to lower Citadel Whale’s level to level 6, and increase its ATK and DEF at the same time.

When this card is destroyed by battle or card effect, it can search for Citadel Whale from your Deck.

In order to have 2 WATER Tributes on the Field, you will need to fill your Field fast, and these monsters are able to do so. Hammer Shark can Special Summon another level 3 WATER monster from your hand during the same turn, Lekunga can banish 2 WATER monsters from your Graveyard to Special Summon 1 “Lekunga Token”. You can also use Big Wave Small Wave to destroy at least 1 WATER monster on your Field to Special Summon Citadel Whale.
