Overview

Luna is Leo's younger twin sister. She bears the Hand Mark of the Dragon and possesses the ability to communicate with Duel spirits, especially the ones that act as her guardians like Regulus and her ace monster Ancient Fairy Dragon.

How to Unlock

Once you win 100 Duels using Leo, Luna unlock missions appear. Complete all the missions to unlock Luna as a playable character!

Twins Together Can be used when your LP is 1000 or below. Add 1 "Double Ripple" from your deck to your hand. This skill can be used once per Duel.	?
Spell Recycle: Fields Can be used when you control "Ancient Fairy Dragon". Place 1 Field Spell in your graveyard to the bottom of your deck. This skill can be unsed once per turn.	?

[Skill] description	How to get
Mark of the Dragon - Hand At the beginning of the Duel, add 2 "Spore" to your deck and 1 "Ancient Fairy Dragon" to your Extra deck.	Lvl 1
Level Reduction Reveal 1 monster in your hand, then target 1 face-up monster on your side of the field; that target's level decrease by the Level of the revealed monster. This skill can be used once per Duel.	Lvl 13
Field Exchange Can be used when your LP is 3000 or below, Place 1 Field Spell from your hand to the bottom of your deck, and draw 1 card. This skill can be used once per Duel.	Lvl 20
Field Restock Can be used when you have 3 or more Field Spell cards in the Graveyard. 1 random Field Spell in your Graveyard is added to your hand. Then, shuffle other Field Spells in your Graveyard into your Deck. This skill can only be used once per Duel.	Drop

Swords was used by a ton of duelists. Even in DM, it was used by Seeker, Ishizu, Odion and Rafael.

More on-topic I think the only obvious LP gain cards she'll give are Ancient Fairy Dragon and Sunny Pixie. I could also see her getting some of the remaining Aromage cards by level, actually, so Angelica'd also be possible.

I just hope her level up reward cards aren't something as boring as triple Sunny Pixie + triple Sunlight Unicorn + 1 Kuribon + 1 Regulus

Asking for no child character in an anime meant to promote games to children, isn't exactly the smartest thing to do.

Two skills that in my opinion she should have:

- A continuously active Skill that converts 1500 damage or less into LP healing. (Meaning you have to deal 1600 damage or more in a single blow to damage her LP.)
- A once per turn Skill that allows you to Special Summon a LIGHT Tuner when a Field Spell is played, and activate a Field Spell when a LIGHT Tuner is Normal or Special Summoned. (But for balance, you can only do one of them per turn, you can't do both in one turn.)

Although she never uses it, I have a feeling we'll get Ancient Sacred Wyvern through her.

Mainly because the effect matches her LP gain playstyle.

In fact, in the anime she already has a Tuner monster (one whose effect involves LIGHT Synchro too) before she obtained Ancient Fairy Dragon, implying she already has an unseen LIGHT Synchro. Ancient Sacred Wyvern might have been initially planned as her alternate Synchro monster. Similar name, similar design......it's practically made for her.

And said Tuner (Sunny Pixie) is also LIGHT, matching Ancient Sacred Wyvern's LIGHT Tuner requirement.

Her effect complements Ancient Sacred Wyvern's effect too.

So yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if NAS initially planned Luna/Ruka to have Ancient Sacred Wyvern as her alternate Synchro monster.
