Tag Force 5 reference.

I never play the game so I don't know the story, but based on their decklist, it seems the Duel Academy version of Rua and Ruka have a story where they accidentally have their deck swapped, resulting in Rua running Ruka's Watt deck and Ruka running Rua's Batteryman deck.

Basically, Ruka has a Watt deck in TF5, although she never gets to use it.

And oh, when I said their deck swapped, that includes their extra deck, so Rua is forced to play Ancient Fairy Dragon while Ruka has Power Tool Dragon lol

This tuner is going to be very good in Duel Links with it’s effect protection and low lv for synchro summoning. Wouldn’t be surprised if this was a go-to for any anti meta decks.
