I have a problem with this card.
I used good goblin housekeeping during my draw phase (after i drew a trap card) and drew a normal monster. Heart of the underdog didn't activate, why ?

I think it has to be normal draw, not that caused by card effects

It works in exsodia

It goes well with wonder balloons. You can have a balloon counter of 15+ with a good deck. I would say mostly monsters and 3 balloon monsters. Also add 2 or more 7+ Monsters. Muka Muka also works well.
