I have a problem with this card. I used good goblin housekeeping during my draw phase (after i drew a trap card) and drew a normal monster. Heart of the underdog didn't activate, why ?

the card you drew first has to be a normal monster.

because the draw isn't the last thing that happens in GGH's effect (it misses the timing)

I think it has to be normal draw, not that caused by card effects

Has to be the 1st card drawn as stated in previous replies

If you read the card it says "During the draw phase"
