Final Match

First Duel:

  • During the first duel of the final Match both players were using Toon decks and used the skill Restart.
  • Timmy got Toon Kingdom and Toon Dark Magician Girl out on the field during his first turn. While Tutpup, on the other hand, was only able to draw cards to defend himself.
  • The rest of the duel was basically Timmy attacking with his monsters until Tutpup ran out of defense cards, which forced Tutpup to surrender the duel.

Second Duel:

  • During the second duel Timmy used a Ninja Deck with Beatdown! while Tutpup used the same Toon deck with Restart.
  • With Tutpup Drawing a bad hand after using restart, the winner of the duel was almost certain. And what solidified the win even more was when Timmy summoned Red Dragon Ninja and sent Rising Energy back to the top of Tutpup's deck preventing him from drawing any useful cards.
  • The duel ended on turn 5 with Timmy's Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke attacking directly. And with his defeat certain Tutpup boosted the attack of Timmy's monster to over 5000, just for fun and out of good sportsmanship.

Seem no one I counter using wild tornado, I plan to use deadalus as my 2nd deck. Plus, that was the easy way to clear the field and direct attack. Only headache if kuriboh come out. What you guys think?

depends on what tier you are in and region, tbh. Mako deck is good but isnt good enough in higher tier play imho

I am from asia region and most of the player I counter using duel standby, or parasite burn. SO I think maybe using deadalus is quite ok.

There's a🔥ing problem in connection in PvP it keep say error501 and I have a strong WiFi connection and no problem in my internet

PSA: there are no hackers. If you're experiencing issues, it would be due to the Duel Links servers being overworked caused by the large quantity of people participating in the WCS. If errors are occurring repeatedly it is advised to stop playing for a period of time before trying again.

damn hackers
is it internet or hackers, every once in a while, i enter a duel, get my cards but no buttons or options, so i restart the game, then my settings change to non-vertical view and slow settings and it forces my surrender

if that happen its a waiting game a standoff they want you to log off the app so they get easy win so if you really want the win then stay there and wait whoever log off the app first lose lol it might take long 🔥 hell so if u really want the win vs Hackers then go for it

This qualifier round is quite tough. My rank goes upside down since most of player use either HHG or duel standby. However, I really impress when facing one opponent using trap deck with chain reaction skill. Honestly, that is what I call creative!

Reaching KoG for SR& UR would be awesome, but without p2w decks, just a "funny" burn deck can make it?

Hi guys! How are you doing with the championship? Till now, I'm at Silver Rank 4. I'm from group "G" The only thing I care in "World Championship 2017" event is to reach Platinum 1 and confirmed the only SR card I badly need which is "Union Attack" I don't want to go further in this event since I don't have many copies of the essential cards that are used to reach "King of Games" Good luck for all! :)

gotta love them connection errors everytime you start building a streak in PVP

never ever got a connection error in PVE though
