Pros

  • Attack is decent for a monster that requires 1 tribute.
  • This card can return 1 set of your opponent to his/her deck.
  • The returned card can't be chained in response to this effect activation.
  • It can interrupt your opponent's draw since you can put the returned card at the top of his/her deck.

Cons

  • Defense is low which makes it an easy target when switched to defense position.
  • It needs to banish a Ninja or Ninjitsu Art card from the Graveyard in order to use its effect.

Tips

Ninja/Ninjitsu Art Cards

The following are the cards that can be banished from your Graveyard by Red Dragon Ninja's effect:

Special Summon from Hand or Graveyard

  • Use Fire King Island's second effect before doing a normal summon. It can special summon Red Dragon Ninja from your hand if you don't have a monster in the field since it's a Winged Beast-Type monster. You can also use its first effect to send Ninja Monster from your hand, which Red Dragon Ninja can be used to activate its effect.
  • By using Hazy Flame Sphynx' effect along with Mai's Aroma Strategy, you can correctly declare the card type at the top of your deck. By doing this, you can Special Summon Red Dragon Ninja from your Hand or Graveyard since it's a FIRE monster.

Not useful anymore, most meta decks have graveyard effects which will shuffle their deck before they draw.

thing looks like some fool artist tried to put Ken in yugioh

feel like the artwork doesn't match the name

It's more of a wyvern-like dragon, the type that has wings as arms.

Quite a complex archetype, a find vampire to be somehow complex as well. You need to think like a chain of 5-6 moves ahead before playing.

ahhh i miss ninja meta

This card is pretty good for an ordinary non UR/SR card.

Could be better with more ninja ninjutsu art cards releases but for now
My red ninja lockdown deck
Using Pegasus mind scan to know all their set cards this deck is
Meant to lock your opponents monster zones with art of dealing with crimson and armed ninja for anti spell trap destruction and art of sealing to lock away monster zones
Using fire king island for quick red dragon summon using armed and crimson ninja as banish fodder to send cards that will harm you. Such as mirror wall , wind of equata etc
Heavy knight is meant to be anti special summon if the rise is needed.
Pros it can lock opponent down plenty of spell trap destruction. And easy summon of strong monsters
Con can dead hand at times spell trap zones are locked in exchange for opponents monster zones. So if they use twister wild tornado or any spell trap destruction cards other then stamping destruction. Then they unlock their zones. But on a plus they have to waist their destruction spell traps on dealing art instead of other important cards.
Also if your life points drop below mind. Scan then you are targeting blindly.

Some cards that can be useful are life gain cards or cards to prevent damage like security orb.
Deck is in construction still. But needs third red dragon ninja.
Again will be much better with new ninja support cards
Lady ninja yae could be useful. But it's effect isn't meant for this deck style.

I've been running a very similar deck to decent success. It's hilarious how well it can lock down an opponent when the pieces come together. Would definitely appreciate more ninja support, though.

could be strong if other Ninja monsters will be released in the next future
