Final Match

First Duel:

  • During the first duel of the final Match both players were using Toon decks and used the skill Restart.
  • Timmy got Toon Kingdom and Toon Dark Magician Girl out on the field during his first turn. While Tutpup, on the other hand, was only able to draw cards to defend himself.
  • The rest of the duel was basically Timmy attacking with his monsters until Tutpup ran out of defense cards, which forced Tutpup to surrender the duel.

Second Duel:

  • During the second duel Timmy used a Ninja Deck with Beatdown! while Tutpup used the same Toon deck with Restart.
  • With Tutpup Drawing a bad hand after using restart, the winner of the duel was almost certain. And what solidified the win even more was when Timmy summoned Red Dragon Ninja and sent Rising Energy back to the top of Tutpup's deck preventing him from drawing any useful cards.
  • The duel ended on turn 5 with Timmy's Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke attacking directly. And with his defeat certain Tutpup boosted the attack of Timmy's monster to over 5000, just for fun and out of good sportsmanship.

Excuse me, can someone help me out here?Well, the thing is that I’m from Mexico and I already finish the WCQ, however, in the WCQ section it displays that I’m from Group B (Center America) which it bothers me because as far I know Mexico is part from Group A (North America). So, my question is the next: Am I supposed to change it to Group A or do I leave as it is (Group B)? I hope someone can assist me on this issue, thank you.

Dude mexico is still central america so why should you move to NA? NA is canada and USA if you change it to there you'll be disqualified
They made separate regions and if you are in the center you should stay there to avoid any problem

Yeah I was very confused by that. How come Mexico be part of center america if most of the North America maps Mexico appears there. Buy maybe you're right. Is a weird system i gotta say hehe. Thank you man, I'll take your advice.

Hi do you get to pick a UR card when you reached KoG? Like when you reached plat1? I am stuck at plat 2,3 and keep losing to Disconntion and Burn decks

Just got to KoG tonight in Group D using my Paladin Kaiban deck! I did not encountered many Harpies for the last two days, so now is the chance for most F2P players, that the season comes to an end!

Here is my Paladin Kaibaman deck! I think it is better than the BD Summoner version because the Senju and Sonic Duck allows some deck thinning which is always helpful. Also the Paladin is a great counter to Tea burn, since it auto destroys set monsters without triggering its effects. A key card in the deck is the Black Cat, since it can search for Vigilance. The Dimension Gate is also a classic!

As a bonus here is my anti meta deck! It can easily destroy Harpies, Tea Burn, Venus, Clowns and all other decks that do not require tributes. Only weakness is gk, but you do not encounter them very often. I've also planted a Simochi to deal with 3SD . The idea behind this deck is to destroy the HHG, then lockdown your opponent with your equip spells.

Be careful though, not to use any masks or other equip spells while you have monsters on the field because they will OTC, Econ take your monster to break your lockdown. Just gather all your needed equip spells in your hand and stall until you have no monsters on the field, then use them all at once :) Most Harpie players have one Wild Tornado and one IMT, this is why I have 5 lockdown spells!

Konami change your Ranked System! it's by far the worst i've ever seen in a game.

First of all the demote thing from plat to gold, gold to silver, silver to bronze shouldn't exist, once you hit plat you should stay there in rank 1 if you lose. Really frustrating hitting plat then losing to RNG, luck... and boom demoted -.-

2nd, the stupid thing that you need consecutive wins to climb...so if you hit plat 3, then you win 4, lose 1, W4, L1, W4, L1 and you never hit KoG -.- makes no sense.

Are you serious!! In my opinion the ranked system is fine and the demote thing is actually a good and competitive thing to have.... If you really think this easy ranking system is hard to climb then try hearthstone and see what hard climbing is...

Actually LoL system is much better, you get demoted after 5 games not 2-3 but what i hate the most here is the consecutive wins to climb, specially to hit KoG, just think about it, both players at plat 3:

Player A: 3W, 1L, 4W, 1L, 4W, 1L, 3W, 1L.
Player B: 2L, 1W, 2L, 2W, 2L, 1W, 2L, 5W.

Player A total: 14W, 4L.
Player B total: 9W, 8L.

Player A still at plat 3, Player B KoG, fair? lol.

Your math makes no sense. Once you lose a match, your streak is done and you can't move on unless you win 2-4 matches in a row. There's no way that player B could have gotten to KoG.

this tournament is a fkin disaster , its fkin impossible to rank up unless you have money , and the match up system is ridiculous , oh you just fell to gold one , no problem play against a fkin gold 5 player you noob !! , i have never in my life raged sooo hard at a game before
