Final Match

First Duel:

  • During the first duel of the final Match both players were using Toon decks and used the skill Restart.
  • Timmy got Toon Kingdom and Toon Dark Magician Girl out on the field during his first turn. While Tutpup, on the other hand, was only able to draw cards to defend himself.
  • The rest of the duel was basically Timmy attacking with his monsters until Tutpup ran out of defense cards, which forced Tutpup to surrender the duel.

Second Duel:

  • During the second duel Timmy used a Ninja Deck with Beatdown! while Tutpup used the same Toon deck with Restart.
  • With Tutpup Drawing a bad hand after using restart, the winner of the duel was almost certain. And what solidified the win even more was when Timmy summoned Red Dragon Ninja and sent Rising Energy back to the top of Tutpup's deck preventing him from drawing any useful cards.
  • The duel ended on turn 5 with Timmy's Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke attacking directly. And with his defeat certain Tutpup boosted the attack of Timmy's monster to over 5000, just for fun and out of good sportsmanship.

Hey, i just wanna know is the extra UR and SR reward for reaching KoG only from Legendary Duellist or Cardtrader like the SR for reaching Plat or can we choose from Booster, too?

Was one win away from KoG and lost to Weevil Burn. Fun times. I know I'm using HHG, but the RNG is pretty ridiculous. I'll either draw 8 monsters in a row or 8 spells and traps. Meanwhile everyone gets Burning Land / De-Spell / Twister T1. Also, what's the point of upgrading skills if horribly OP skills like Parasitic Infestation and 3 Star Demotion are running rampant? This game has incredible support but is pretty much destroyed by a few overcentralizing skills and cards. There's a reason the real game has a ban list and it's time the developers start making the meta actually healthy by limiting these cards seen in every deck.

I'm not salty... Time to move on to Mind Crush beatdown or something.

RNG is exactly the reason I stopped using my BEWD deck and moved to a simple beatdown deck, to eliminate the need for certain cards to be together. Getting even just 1 BEWD and 1 Kaibaman together was an impossible task.

What do you mean impossible?blue dragon summoner search blue eyes, use reinforcement skill by Joey to search kaibaman easily.or gamble everything on a dice roll with last gamble.

I'm the OP. Yup, the RNG is really funky. One time I drew triple Sonic Duck. Other times I draw all spells or all monsters. I've been floating between Plat 1 and Plat 3 due to bad luck and missplays at this point.

Rng is all, yugioh is about beliving in the soul of the cards when you draw, shout "todomodo" it will help you a lot.

i have gotten all day connection errors,sometimes i lose the duel sometimes i win and it's not even the end of the duel.Anyone knows why?

well against all odds i finally made it to platinum and got my second econ , one hell of a ride , group a is ridiculously competitive and a grindfest, i did this with a 26 card deck lol minus the second econ i just got

Hey guys, I'm done I had a good run in the WCQ I'm very happy what I was able to accomplish just grinding the game out and not spending any money on cards..So I'm giving away my deck list that took me to Platinum 3 THREE TIMES. I'm just not willing to pay to win and drop cash on a complete weevil, tea or hhg decks. My goodness what a ride these past couple days.. this deck can definitely get to KOG it just depends on the match ups and my luck I've gotten some bad match ups and hands on platinum 3, three times I've reached platinum three from gold 5 only to lose three times in a row cause of bad match ups or bad hands.. it really sucks. But I wish everyone luck in the finals.. idk maybe I'll try again tonight but it was one hell of a run.

It said file too big when I try to post a picture so I'll write out the deck list, these are my own ratio's that have worked for me.

Dark magician x2 a third would be ideal
Dark magician girl x2 two doesn't clog
Red eyes black dragon x1 subsitute for a third DM if you don't have a third.
Jester x2
Blue dragon summoner x2
Supremecy berry x3
Thousand Knives x1
Dark magic attack x1 staple
Enemy controller x1
Sages stone x1
Magic drain x1 my personal tech against econ, charge, etc.
Vigilance x3 staple

This deck could be better with another magic drain, DM, Econ, but I grinded for all this nothing bought. Try it out :)

The rewards definitely aren't worth the sacrifice buddy. I already have all the gems earned and that's the best thing. Somewhere along the line the fun disappears and it becomes a sweaty stress fest. It takes alot of persistence to get kog. Any deck that hits plat 2 is kog worthy. Just luck after that point.

Ive reached KOG 2 hours ago with a similar deck and I am now playing the finals being in the top100

Its all about Consistency my friend...I bet you would be KOG with a 3rd DM and 2nd Sage Stone and 3rd Summoner
