Final Match

First Duel:

  • During the first duel of the final Match both players were using Toon decks and used the skill Restart.
  • Timmy got Toon Kingdom and Toon Dark Magician Girl out on the field during his first turn. While Tutpup, on the other hand, was only able to draw cards to defend himself.
  • The rest of the duel was basically Timmy attacking with his monsters until Tutpup ran out of defense cards, which forced Tutpup to surrender the duel.

Second Duel:

  • During the second duel Timmy used a Ninja Deck with Beatdown! while Tutpup used the same Toon deck with Restart.
  • With Tutpup Drawing a bad hand after using restart, the winner of the duel was almost certain. And what solidified the win even more was when Timmy summoned Red Dragon Ninja and sent Rising Energy back to the top of Tutpup's deck preventing him from drawing any useful cards.
  • The duel ended on turn 5 with Timmy's Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke attacking directly. And with his defeat certain Tutpup boosted the attack of Timmy's monster to over 5000, just for fun and out of good sportsmanship.

Hey, can I get the rewards (1UR +1SR cards) even if I don't participate on the Finals. I just reached KoG and I'm not sure what to do next or how to claim those cards. A friend told me I can't cause I reached KoG after the finals began.

I had given up on getting kog then last night I unlocked fiend Farewell from yugi Moto. I figured I'd try a fiend Farewell relinquished deck. And guess what. I won 10 straight games and got king of games hahahaha. Gonna play tomorrow and get me a big shield gardna and a 3rd econ. I assume without playing yet that no way over 10 million people will have got kog and the rewards will be a gimmie.

How can you have a serious finals qualifiers competition when the connection is so shoddy? Hard enough to win competitive games without instant losses every 3/4 games.

Same here, i am at kog since almost 5 days, but no UR card so far, only SR at platinum (if i am right) and just UR sphere for mission "reach kog at WCS.." (something like that).. maybe after the finals or i don't know

Europe is infested with Weevils. Which I don't mind, I play decks which counter him but what counters 3SD? I'm rank 36 at the moment, I think about 20-25 players above me, including the number 1, are playing 3SD. It's just too good. Konami taught it was a cool skill for the Gate Guardian monsters but everybody else figured the power of Champion's Vigilance. Seriously, with the skill and this format, this cards is broken. Turn 1 Dark Magician, 1-2 Champion's Vigilance and good game!

You are at the mercy of your opponent's oppening hand. It's as stupid as Tea Burn. FUN AND INTERACTIVE.

Damn brainless 🔥s from konami.. simply 🔥ed up this game by release of the paradox brothers with their skill 3sd.. second turn my enemys got 2 dark magician, 1 magic girl and 1-2 champion vigilance.. how to counter this? I got almost 5 super decks, but nothing work except 3ds, hhg and maybe sometime insect deck.. stuipid japan morons, so many cards exist, but only same 20 cards are in common used by everyone. 🔥ing useless copy-paste tactic.
