Does anyone know a viable deck with this card?

Seems fun.

Maybe in arowmage?

Nowadays most decks 🔥 through banish and destruction effects so making it get hit by battle is difficult

I use one in a Ra's Disciple burn deck which focuses on filling up opponents side of the field with bad/useless monsters. By the time it can activate its effect though, they likely already have 3 monsters on the field.
