Rex Raptor's Dino Mayhem has begun!

In addition, Roaring Rex Raptor will appear in Duel World during the event. Defeat him and your Duel meter will fill up significantly!

Regarding the Event

  • Roaring Rex Raptor does not appear at the Gate.
  • Roaring Rex Raptor has different Decks/Rewards from the regular Rex Raptor.
  • Rex Raptor will not appear in Duel World if you are using him as your character.
  • Only 1 Roaring Rex Raptor will appear in Duel World at once.
  • The chance of Roaring Rex Raptor appearing in Duel World is not affected by the appearance of other Standard/Legendary Duelists or by the use of Duel Orbs/Boosted Duel Orbs.

This monster can deal battle damage when attaqcking monsters in Defense Position. In addition, it has the same ATK as "REBD". It's a level 6 monster, making it easy to tribute summoned.

Somehow only lvl 30 that spawn for me (got 2 new dino SR from it), lvl 40 only appear like.. 5 times so far. Weird.

two man cell battle has been in the game for like a year, why are so many people mentioning it all of a sudden?

Hello. Correct, yet the condition is you can't control any s/t. Thus leaving you vulnerable. In the current format thats a huge downer. Especially with all the special summoning around.
The reason I mention two man cell battle is it is the best swarming card for normal monsters. Megalo is one of it :)

why would u use amazon-frog combo if u can ss stronger monster without wasting your 1 monster slot just for a tribute loop. unfriendly amazon is SR because it was the only 4* monsted with 2000 atk at the time. it's effect is clearly a drawback.
all current released 4* 2000 atk monster have a drawback effect. 1850 atk (gagagigo) is the highest atk for 4* monster that is usable w/o drawback.

How's the drop rate ugly if you have 7 copies of the new SR monster and 4 copies of JW? The drop rate for this event is so much better than the previous ones

4 new SR and said the drop rate is ugly? Hell ya, stop being a πŸ”₯ and complaining. There are people who still hasn't got the new SRs yet.

People are complaining about the event drop cards. Guys just think about it: In less that 3 weeks will be a huge update to the game, probably the GX series world. With that come new characters (at least 6 I guess), new missions and new AI decks and of course new skills and cards (rewards from new characters level up, gate and signature cards). Konami have to make sure that those new cards and skills will no break the game (πŸ”₯ TK). This Rex event is just to keep the players entertained. Besides, if the rewards are good, people complaing on how they change the meta. If they are bad, people complaing on they being trash. C'mon guys, grow up a little and learn how to enjoy the game. Don't expect that every new card will be a tier 1 changing meta thing. Can you jsut enjoy a card that is just fun to play ?

I'm not waiving this. The rewards are disappointing. My hype went to the groung after seeing they. But I'm not complaining. Those rewards can be use to make a super fun dino deck now or in the future. The fact that you can now play JW with others skills now just open new possibilites. I'm kind of excited to try

So good news for you, Sr. I'm not entertained. Why don't you get your gaming develop and manage diploma, go to Konami and become the head of the Duel links team ? Better yet, open your own company, with super events elaborated by yourself and start profit. Or just follow that guys advice and stop playing. After all, a game made by a dog πŸ”₯ company cant be that good

I lost some duels today, one of them I got destiny draw which I needed and the other was a Jurassic world from a failed farming attempt

Well after few farms I'd say that Elements Unite DID work. If you go first Rex wont play his Field, and starts to set his mons. I always destroy them in my turn.

The 3800 mon is not being played often, i'd say 3/10 chance he'll play it. Heck if you can summon BEUD or Oz early. He won't even bother

Pretty easy farm, i πŸ”₯ed up like at fourth lv40 rex since he used that trap card that destroys all cards on the field since he somehow had the chance to summon his 3k dino, so i added antimagic arrows, so far so good.

you summon gate guardian, from there you just draw cards with spells or trap cards, i use thunder dragon to summon the fusion monster + once you get a thunder dragon on your hand you can active his effect to discard it and draw 2 more dragons, it just helps with thinning your deck + it's a 2800 beater + gate guardian, sums around 7k dmg, x2 UA, it's 14k effect+fussion pts

Just dont destroy a dino with more than 2500 and you,re safe. You can destroy face down monsters to get more score, he will not activate that trap card.

no reason to πŸ”₯ any dinos tho, i mean if u want more than 8k.4 score sure, but rewards top at 8 so...
by the way, if u want this deck to work for lv 40, change 1 elephant, 2 vanilla for sogen and d-spell, in case he uses his continues spell/if u get sogen into the field no rex monster will be able to beat u. GL

I guess for higher levels only lv40 shows up. I got lv30 only once too. Too bad the drop rate is embarrassing till now for me, only 2 sr (thanks god one was dino kingdom and one was the new sr Dino)

wrong, you still get lvl30 rrex on the highest mission lvl...i would understand this, if lvl 40 would be really hard to farm, so you can switch to lvl 30...but thats is not the fact...

This is balls... Its the worst cards i have ever seen before... Well... If some one plays dinosaur deck(a piece of πŸ”₯ing πŸ”₯ in my opinion.) Then this is for u.
