Hunting instinct doesn’t work on the regular, as when facing an insect deck, I tried to chain it’s activation to the special summon of howling insect, that was special summoned from the effect of another howling insect, but it refused to activate. This has happened many times and it is very annoying.

Maybe is due to that (🔥) mechanic of missing the timing?

Not infrequently this card doesn't activate. It could be an incredibly valuable card in my dino deck, but it's super unreliable. I've lost as many duels from it not being allowed to activate despite my opponents special summoning every red eyes or hero card in their deck as I have won when it does work.

This card failed to function/activate when an opponent special summoned, it was on the field for 4 turns, card attempting to summon with Hunting Instinct is super conductor tyranno. Normally it would have worked, done it before, but now it's not in several duels. Is this a bug? Or has the KC cup banned it's use with the card?
