Toon Barrel Dragon is good to use along with Soul Exchange since it requires 2 tributes and it can't attack the turn it is summoned.
If you're lucky, you can special summon Toon Barrel Dragon from your deck by using Monster Gate. At the cost of tributing 1 monster that you control, you can excavate cards from the top of your Deck until you excavate a monster that can be Normal Summoned/Set.
You can further increase the chance of destroying a card in the field by using Second Coin Toss since it lets you redo a coin toss once per turn.
One of the features of toon monsters is that you can attack your opponents directly by having Toon World in the field. Toon Kingdom is better since it's treated as Toon World and it protects your toon monsters from getting destroyed.
It's a Toon World skill lets you start a duel with Toon World on your field.
