This card cannot be used to negate DIVINE beasts’ effects, as they have effects that restricts any Spell, Trap, Monster effects activation, during the moment they are Normal Summoned.
This card can be very challenging to use since the current meta emphasizes heavily on Special Summons.
Here are some monster’s whose effect active upon summoning that you can negate. For Example, negating Spellbook Magician of Prophecy can be annoying for a Spellbook deck, as they are denied a search and left with a 500 attack monster on the field
Boar Soldier, though it also has another drawback that still makes it useless. That's it at the moment. You could negate beneficial effects on things with decent stats, though, like Milla, Fenghuang or Royal Firestorm Guards. (The last one is particularly interesting since, being mandatory, it will activate even without enough targets, so you can negate it in situations it would be useless anyway.
