Big Shield Gardna (BSG) is one of the well known monster cards that has been introduced since the original series. With a high DEF of 2600, you are very likely to inflict defense battle damage when the opponent attacks this set card. However, BSG is defeated easily if the opponent has more than one monster on the field to forcibly trigger BSG’s effect provided they have the LP to tank the first hit.
BSG is best used with lockdown decks or as a tribute fodder due its vulnerable effect. Avoid having too many BSGs in your deck if you are not building a lockdown deck as its effect is a double edged sword and should not remain on the field for too long once flipped face-up.
