Summon a level 4 Gemini monster and have Copy Plant copy it's level. With Copy Plant now level 4, you can use both of those monsters together to summon Black Brutdrago.

You can use cards to revive the Gemini monsters discarded as cost for Black Brutdrago's effect. Gemini monsters are treated as Normal monsters in the graveyard so you can use cards like Birthright and Soul Resurrection to revive them. If your target is a low-leveled monster you can revive it with Powerful Rebirth or Overdone Burial.
