Since Kuriboh monsters have very low ATK, it is highly likely you can search them when your LP is lower than your opponent. Can be used similarly with The Flute of Summoning Kuriboh to search Kuriboh to your hand or Winged Kuriboh to your field.
While Generation Next can search and Special Summon any Elemental HERO, the lower ATK ones are more likely to be available. Among the low-ATK ones, here are some with good effects.
You can Special Summon an Elemental HERO and immediately use it as a target for Mask Change.
The Neo-Spacian monsters all have pretty low ATK. Search the one you want to use as fusion material with Elemental HERO Neos. As a comeback option you can use this card to search a Neo-Spacian and discard it with Convert Contact to draw 2 cards.
