This page notes details of Bull Blader (EARTH/Warrior/Effect Monster) : decks, tips, effect and rulings. Learn and enjoy playing Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links & Master Duel!
When an attack is declared involving this card and an opponent's monster: You can activate this effect; during this battle involving this monster, neither player takes any battle damage, also destroy the opponent's monster after damage calculation.
So, to destroy a monste:
-You have to sacrifice your summon
-Survive until battle phase
-Enter battle phase and succeed in attacking (no sphere kuriboh, onomatopia etc etc)
AND after all these you will have a 1-1 trade and prob an empty field next turn.
More like Bullsh1t Blader for me.
If this card was a box card it would have been a rare in best scenario.
Will see ton of play in bronze though.

There is also the uncommon case where your opponent has a monster with high DEF in DEF position. In that case, you can go +1 with this effect. Works mostly against Superheavy Samurais but they aren't that common anymore.
Another niche is that it works when being attacked.
This doesn't make the card good by any means but it's probably not as bad as some people think.
