Use Weevil's "Parasite Infestation" skill to change all of your opponent's face up monster to insect type so you can use them as the tribute cost. You will need to equip them with some equip cards, so you can use cards like Kiseitai or Worm Millidith to equip to your opponent. Alternatively, you can use Horn of the Unicorn or Sword of Deep-Seated since it will be returned. If you use Ultra Evolution during main phase, you can activate it right away to get another draw.
Use Overdone Burial to special summon your monster so you can attack and activate Ultra Evolution during battle phase for multiple attacks.
You can use DNA Surgery to change all of your face-up opponent monsters type to become an Insect-type then you can use this card to tribute your face-up opponent’s monster. You will need to equip them with some equip cards.
