Is this card broken?

It says the effect is FLIP but I can't get it to work.

It's the same with parasite paracida. If it is flipped when battle with opponent and killed it, it is "destroyed". Destroyed card can't stay on field nor equip to enemy.

Wrongplace

put this card with lava golem deck and Yami Marik's shadow game skill more burn combo you get also you can put yellow luster shield in your deck for strengthening this card's defense so while your opponent attacks It, It's not destroyed easily
