You can Ritual Summon this card with "Good & Evil in the Burning Abyss". Must be Ritual Summoned, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can send 1 "Burning Abyss" monster from your hand to the Graveyard, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; until the end of this turn, that target loses ATK and DEF equal to the ATK and DEF of the "Burning Abyss" monster sent to the Graveyard this way. If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard: You can target 1 card on the field; send it to the Graveyard.

All of this guy’s allies die if I have any monsters other than BAs on my field, including set monsters (!). So it becomes very hard to play this way as I need the generic ritual searchers to bring him. His first effect needs BAs in the hand so if I’m playing just him in a generic ritual deck without BAs I’m better off playing Garlandolf.
He's meant to be played in a BA deck in the first place, not a generic ritual deck.
There are BA monsters who can search him, and the Ritual Spell allows you to use monster in hand as material anyway so no need to summon them into the field (although, you can have 2 BA on the field using Libic of the BA's effect)
The problem is that Draghig’s searching is putting on the top of the deck which is very inconvenient as you need to draw backrow in addition to searching. You can have 2 BAs even without Libic... the problem is having a BA and a Sonic Bird for example, in which case the BA dies.
