Use DNA Surgery to turn all your monsters into Dragon-types for Lady of D. to protect. You can also use D. Tribe for the same effect but only for one turn.
Buster Blader decks work well with and against Dragon-type monsters. With DNA Surgery you can use Lady of D. to protect your monsters from battle. You will also be able to use Destruction Swordsman Fusion with your opponents's monsters as material.
Here are some Dragon monsters you can put into the graveyard when using the effect of Lady of D. Discard White Stone of Legend to search out Blue-Eyes White Dragon. Put Totem Dragon into the graveyard so he can revive himself and be used as tribute fodder later.
