This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 "Levia-Dragon - Daedalus". You can send "Umi" you control to the Graveyard to send all cards in both players' hands and on the field to the Graveyard, except this card.
Has a very high attack which can surpass most of the other high level monsters.
It has a devastating effect that can wipe out the field and hand which makes your opponent totally defenseless.
Cons
It takes time to summon since it can only be summoned by tributing a Levia-Dragon - Daedalus.
You need to have an Umi in your field to activate its effect.
1600 defense is pretty low for a high level monster. It's an easy target if it's switched to defense position.
Tips
Daedalus & Umi
Summoning Neo-Daedalus requires Levia-Dragon - Daedalus on your field, which makes it difficult since Levia-Dragon - Daedalus is a high level monster, and activating its effect, requires an Umi on the field.
You can special summon Levia-Dragon - Daedalus using Big Wave Small Wave, so you can special summon Neo-Daedalus when you have him in your hand. It uses up a lot of cards, but if you are planning on activating its ability, then it won't matter that much.
Alternative field spells
Forgotten Temple of the Deep and A Legendary Ocean can use to substitute for the usual Umi. This means that you won't have to use Mako's exclusive character skill, and are able to use skills like "Restart". The other Umi alternative cards also provide different effects, making other playstyles viable.
Evacuation
Using Interdimensional Matter Transporter or Dimension Gate, you can banish your monsters so they won't be affected by Daedalus/Neo-Daedalus' effect. This will leave you with 2 or 3 monsters left, while your opponent with no cards on their field and hand.
