If you control no monsters: Target 1 monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it, but its effects are negated, also banish it during the End Phase. The cost of returning a card you control back to the deck can be paid by using a card you took from your opponent. This can allow monsters like Relinquished, Destiny HERO - Plasma, or The Atmosphere to take another one of your opponent’s monsters.
U.A. monsters are able to return their monsters on the field back to hand to Special Summon another monster. By returning a monster revived by Shuffle Reborn back to hand, it will not be banished during the End Phase and you will also be able maintain field presence.
You can banish D.D. Scout Plane during the End Phase of the turn you activate the draw effect of Shuffle Reborn. D.D. Scout Plane can then revive himself for field presence.
