And then the backrow is FTH. Or TTH. Or Karma Cut. Or virtually any removal that can be used before the Battle Phase.

Also, your opponent can still activate Spell/Trap if they were the one attacking.

Canadia would be a better example than Karma Cut, Karma Cut does not exist yet back when U.A. is still new, which I believe is when OP posted that.

But yes, it's why clearing backrow is nowadays much preferable than summoning a monster that stops backrow only when it attacks.

Back in the day battle traps were the big thing, even drowning mirror force was in this same box.

Now battle traps are outdated and whatever counters them is obsolete too, just look at armades

Since armades is in your extra deck and it can be summoned as soon as u perform a special summon tuner + non tuner: I think the synchro guy is actually way easier to get on field than mighty slugger

What generic cards do you use to get rid of this guy? I keep facing this deck when I'm about to rank up in legend and it beats every time.

Same were mighty slugger attacks and it goes thru but isn't supposed to last till end of damg step? Cuz I attack with rebounder right after and they wall of d it :/

It works correctly then, since Slugger's effect lasts until the end of its own attack's damage step.

It never says the effect also applies to other U.A. monsters' attacks.

My last hope was to use two of my sphere kuribohs so that I could summon Necrofear the next turn, but even the trusty ball failed me :(
