In case there is one only monster on opponent's side of the field. Will it destroy the monster or it must be two monsters on opponent's side of the field

have this card in my mill-tilt deck with 2x hane hane, 2x yomi, 3x hiros shadowscout and 3x warm worm. most people time-stall after noblemaneaterbug got flipped
